It is very simple to collect your cake. all you need to do is come to my address and pull up outside. Wait in your car and tell me you have arrived via call or text. (you will receive my number after you have ordered)
I will then bring the cake to your car. Please have a safe space for the cake to go, where it won't move around. The footwell or boot is best. Please let me know if you are walking or getting public transport, I will pack the cake according.

Once you have the cake, it is best to be kept somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight until you need the cake. If it is the Summer months, I would advise to put the cake in the fridge.
Cakes are fresh for 48 hours and can be enjoyed for up to 5 days if stored correctly. Store in a airtight container in the fridge, take the cake out and let it get to room temp before you eat it. You can also freeze slices for upto one month.
